Luxe Magazine: Perch Perfect

The Niche team is celebrating big this month – our Telegraph Hill project was just featured in the May/June issue of Luxe magazine…and, it got the cover! We worked closely with the talented architecture team at Lundberg Design to ensure that the furnishings blended seamlessly with the modern design of this incredible San Francisco home.

Taking cues from the steel and glass light well, we designed a walnut and lucite dining table that appears to float in the space. The formal living room has a restrained palette and a mix of sculptural, modern furniture and luxe fabrics including mohair and velvet.

A bolder, more playful color scheme in the family room references the bay views, with a modern sectional from B&B Italia and vintage Milo Baughman armchairs reupholstered in a snappy green velvet. The office features an oversized table that functions as a desk and a casual dining area. A big thank you to Luxe magazine for the feature!
