Principal Designer and Owner Jennifer Jones brings a well-honed and well-traveled eye to Niche Interiors. A native Californian who studied Art History in Rome, Jennifer’s designs achieve an elusive blend of sophistication and sustainability. She launched Niche Interiors in 2007, where her process-driven approach to design has earned her the trust of over 60 residential clients and counting. As the mother of a four-year-old, Jennifer has developed a keen and highly personal understanding of family-friendly design. Her own home is located in Piedmont, where you’re likely to find her on urban hikes with her husband and son, or searching for vintage treasures at the flea market. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Design from UC Davis.


Senior Designer Lynn Trinh earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture from UC Davis and quickly gained hands-on experience by designing a modern Japanese restaurant, which was featured in California Home + Design magazine in 2010. She honed her design skills by consulting at a custom furniture and window treatment workroom and with various design firms before joining Niche Interiors in 2012. Lynn brings a well-trained design eye and an unwavering commitment to efficiency and project management to the team.


Design Associate Anna Warnken-Brill graduated with honors from UC Davis in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture. In addition to serving as Vice President of the ASID Student Chapter, she received a Design Department Award and an Outstanding Performance in Design Award upon graduating. Anna loves the challenge of space planning and coming up with design solutions that accommodate a client’s specific needs. Anna finds design inspiration from her international travels, including trips to Italy, China, France, Poland, and most recently her native Scotland and Ireland.


Design Assistant Annie Osborne earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she was an active student member in both ASID and IIDA. She honed her design skills at a kitchen and bath showroom in Pittsburgh before relocating to San Francisco to join Niche Interiors in 2016. Annie is happiest pouring over fabric and rug samples for client projects and exploring the showrooms at the San Francisco Design Center. She spends her free time enjoying the outdoors – rock climbing, cycling, and searching for the perfect local latte.


Design Associate Heather Loosley started her career at Hulburd Design in 2006 after graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Working on high-end residential projects from Italy to Napa, Heather quickly developed a passion for architectural detail and space planning solutions. When she isn’t obsessing over construction details, Heather can be found performing with her brother in their folk rock band, The Back Pages.
