Jennifer Jones

Principal Designer

LEED AP & Associate ASID

Jennifer Jones brings both artistry and structure to her work. The daughter of an engineer, she developed a lasting respect for process and precision that continues to guide her creative process. Niche Interiors homes are a study in balance: visually compelling, highly functional, and effortlessly refined. As the Principal Designer and Founder of Niche Interiors, Jennifer translates a client’s vision into spaces that feel elevated and deeply personal. Her approach blends global inspiration with sustainable values, shaped by her studies in Rome and her travels through design-rich destinations such as Denmark and Japan. A Founding Member of the Good Future Design Alliance and a LEED Accredited Professional, she is widely recognized as a leader in sustainable luxury design.

Jennifer founded Niche Interiors in 2007 and has since led projects ranging from urban residences to expansive estates and destination properties throughout the West, including California, Hawaii and Montana. The firm is trusted by some of San Francisco and Silicon Valley’s most discerning clientele, including tech founders and CEOs and long-term legacy clients who often return for multiple homes across their properties. These relationships reflect Niche Interiors’ thoughtful and streamlined process, clear communication, and commitment to evolving with each client’s lifestyle and vision. The firm’s work has appeared in House Beautiful, Elle Décor and The Wall Street Journal.

Outside of her design work, Jennifer enjoys hiking in Sonoma’s wine country with her husband, son, and rescue dogs, visiting contemporary art shows, and collecting rare modernist furniture and ceramics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from UC Davis.

Tori Garrett

Project Director

Tori manages projects with precision and care, guiding them from early planning through installation. Originally from Nashville, she brings four years of management experience and a degree in Organizational Communication. She coordinates timelines, vendors, subcontractors and deliveries to ensure a seamless client experience. Tori values the team’s collaboration and the trust that develops between designers and clients throughout each project.

After relocating to the Bay Area in 2021, Tori transitioned from corporate management to interior design. She loves seeing how finishes like wallpaper and bespoke decorative paint treatments can completely transform a space.

FAVORITE PROJECT
“My favorite projects are always the ones where clients truly trust our team. When they’re willing to step outside their comfort zone, that’s when the design really comes to life. Our recently completed project in Montecito is a perfect example.”
