Jennifer Jones brings both artistry and structure to her work, crafting luxury California modern interiors defined by restraint and warmth. The daughter of an engineer, she developed a lasting respect for process and precision that continues to guide her creative process. Niche Interiors homes are a study in balance: visually compelling, highly functional, and effortlessly refined. As the Principal Designer and Founder of Niche Interiors, Jennifer translates a client’s vision into spaces that feel elevated and deeply personal. Her approach blends global inspiration with sustainable values, shaped by her art history education in Rome and her travels through design-rich destinations such as Denmark and Japan. Jennifer founded Niche Interiors in 2007 and has since led projects ranging from urban residences to expansive estates and destination properties throughout the West, including California, Hawaii and Montana. The firm is trusted by some of San Francisco and Silicon Valley’s most discerning clientele, including tech founders and CEOs and long-term legacy clients who often return for multiple homes across their properties. These relationships reflect Niche Interiors’ thoughtful and streamlined process, clear communication, and commitment to evolving with each client’s lifestyle and vision. The firm’s work has appeared in Architectural Digest, Elle Décor, Forbes and The Wall Street Journal.

Outside of her design work, Jennifer enjoys hiking in Sonoma’s wine country with her husband, son, and rescue dogs, visiting contemporary art shows, and collecting rare modernist furniture and ceramics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from UC Davis.

Stephanie Paul

Design Director

Stephanie Paul brings strategic vision and detail-driven execution to every project. She joins Niche Interiors after 12 years at The Wiseman Group, where she became a go-to problem solver for complex challenges and a specialist in custom furniture. Her background spans luxury showrooms, residential interiors, and custom fabrication —providing a rare understanding of how great design comes together at every stage. Stephanie is particularly skilled in ground-up projects — partnering with architects on layout and proportion, millwork, built-ins, and the finishes that make a home feel cohesive.

Known for making clients feel genuinely heard, Stephanie was drawn to Niche Interiors for its woman-led studio culture and elevated aesthetic. Raised by engineers on one side and an artistic entrepreneur on the other, she learned early that creativity and precision are most powerful together. Outside the studio she spends time with her family of three, tends to her garden and hosts competitive board game nights. A lifelong soccer player and coach, Stephanie is a proud Bay FC supporter.
