Niche excelled at coordinating across contractors, vendors, logistics, service providers, and the HOA throughout – the team is always responsive and we felt like every decision made had our best interests in mind. Our favorite thing about working with Niche was their focus on the practical details – precisely laying out pieces beforehand to ensure we would be comfortable. The design team is efficient and keeps meticulous records for the budget and tracking of items. The process and end result exceeded all expectations. Niche transformed an empty condo into our home.
