Senior Designer

We are searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Interior Designer to join our San Francisco team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter who is passionate about high-end interior design and is interested in growing with our firm. We hold ourselves to high standards and always strive to provide the best service and most creative solutions to our clients. Responsibilites

• Lead residential projects, working directly with clients, subs, vendors to create a seamless design experience for clients.

• Manage workflow within the company to meet schedules and deadlines.

• FF&E selection

• Custom furniture design, CAD floor plans and elevations.

• Construction administration: Create schedules, attend site visits, respond to RFIs, attend OAC meetings.

• Attend networking events and maintain relationships in the industry to promote Niche Interiors.

Requirements

• 4 year college degree in Interior Design

• 8+ years of experience working at a high-end residential firm

• Detail oriented, strong work ethic and highly organized

• Team player with high level of initiative

• Strong leadership skills, experience with managing people

• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed

• Proficient in drafting programs (ideally Vectorworks), Adobe Creative Suite, Word and Excel. SketchUP is a bonus.
