Niche Interiors is a full-service residential interior design firm specializing in contemporary, eco-friendly design. Nominated by Traditional Home magazine as a “New Trad” designer of 2012, Niche Interiors has also been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, California Home + Design, Cottages & Bungalows, and HGTV Magazine. As passionate supporters of the community, Niche Interiors has helped raise funds for a local homeless shelter serving families as well as re-designed a hospital treatment room for Rooms that Rock for Chemo, a local non-profit organization.

Principal Designer and Owner Jennifer Jones is known for her ability to visualize what her clients want and then translate that vision into reality. Her streamlined approach is praised by a client list that includes families, couples, and bachelors alike. A California native, Jennifer studied Art History in Rome and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Design from UC Davis. She worked for two notable San Francisco design firms before launching Niche Interiors in 2007, with the goal of creating homes that are healthy for both clients and the environment.
Design Associate Lynn Trinh earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Architecture from UC Davis and quickly gained hands-on experience by designing a modern Japanese restaurant, which was featured in California Home + Design magazine in 2010. She honed her design skills by consulting at a custom furniture and window treatment workroom and with various design firms before joining Niche Interiors in 2012. Lynn brings a well-trained design eye and an unwavering commitment to efficiency and project management to the team.
Design Assistant Anna Warnken-Brill graduated with honors from UC Davis in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Architecture. In addition to serving as Vice President of the ASID Student Chapter, she received a Design Department Award and an Outstanding Performance in Design Award upon graduating. Anna loves the challenge of space planning and coming up with design solutions that accommodate a client’s specific needs. Anna finds design inspiration from her international travels, including trips to Italy, China, France, Poland, and most recently her native Scotland and Ireland.
Senior Designer Heather Loosley started her career at Hulburd Design in 2006 after graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Working on high-end residential projects from Italy to Napa, Heather quickly developed a passion for architectural details and space planning solutions. When she isn’t obsessing over construction details, Heather can be found performing with her brother in their folk rock band, The Back Pages.
